Services
We provide real estate photography, videography, 3D tours via Matterport or Zillow 3D, floor plans (free for properties under 3500 sqft), and drone photos and videos. We also offer short-term rental photography and videography (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO). Each service can be purchased à la carte. Additionally, we provide free landing pages and marketing materials for listings.
Yes, we offer three packages:
- For properties under 2000 sqft or up to 25 photos: Includes photos and a floor plan (no drone photos).
- For properties between 2000-3000 sqft or up to 35 photos: Includes drone photos and a floor plan.
- For properties over 3000 sqft: Includes drone photos and a floor plan, with an additional $50 charged for every 500 sqft or 5-10 extra photos.
Video can be added for $150 or purchased standalone for $200. A 3D tour can be added for $90 or purchased standalone for $150.
Yes, we include sky replacement and fireplace replacement for free. We also offer virtual staging, item removal (e.g., trash cans), and virtual twilight services.
Yes, we offer 3D tours via Matterport and Zillow 3D.
Yes, as a standalone service and in packages. Restrictions may apply if near airports or restricted airspace.
Booking & Payment
You can book online through our booking system, or contact us by text or call.
We accept credit & debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due upon delivery.
You can book by 10 pm the evening before, subject to availability.
Fees apply if canceled or rescheduled on the same day.
During & Post-Shoot
Between 30 minutes to 2 hours for real estate MLS photos, and 1 to 3 hours for short-term rentals like Airbnb, depending on the size and needs.
Yes, clients should stage the property as they want it to be presented in photos. The photographer will assist with minor changes and cleanup if time permits.
Yes, we do.
We deliver them digitally through our backend system.
Technical & Delivery
Next morning for photos & floor plans, 24 hours for 3D tours, and 2-3 days for video.
No, we retain ownership. Clients can use the media for marketing purposes.
We use a drone, a Sony camera, and a 3D camera.
We provide floor plans but do not guarantee the accuracy of the measurements.
Additional Services
Yes, we offer landing pages that can be shared and may share listings on our social media pages.
Other
We cover most of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York.
We will do our best to accommodate the shoot on the scheduled day. If weather conditions do not permit, we will work with the client to reschedule for the best available day.
